Associate Director/Director - Investments & Feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review feasibilities and financial models, highlighting risks.


• Provide feasibility inputs to the Development team from an Asset Management perspective.


• Review 3rd party investment proposals.


• Support business plan preparation, coordinating with the operating assets' team.


• Perform adhoc financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Strategic Financial Management knowledge.


• Accounting and Finance Principles and Practices.


• Zakat & Taxation knowledge.


• Planning and Time Management skills.


• Effective Communication and Human Relations skills.


• Critical Thinking and Analysis.


• Tenacity and Ethics.


• Technology Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Team leadership and management.
