Assistant waiter

Job Summary:

The Assistant Waiter supports the waitstaff in delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring tables are properly set, food and beverages are served efficiently, and guests’ needs are met promptly. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist waiters in serving food and beverages to guests.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
• Provide water, bread, and condiments as needed.
• Support in taking orders and delivering meals promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Ensure dining areas meet health and safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is a plus.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
