Assistant Talent & Culture Manager

Responsibilities

1. Assist the T&C Manager to review and update Talent & Culture policies and procedures and other human resources materials.
2. Monitor present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make recommendations to the management.
3. Monitor the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program and act in an advisory capacity to department heads in such process.
4. Ensure that all employees comply with the hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
5. Assist the T&C Manager to prepare and submit periodic Talent & Culture reports to management.
6. Assist the T&C Manager to prepare and issue correspondences relating to the Talent & Culture department.
7. Counsel hotel personnel as and when needed in areas such as career planning, training and development and employee relations.
8. Investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations. Discuss with department heads an appropriate action and recommend the final results in consultation with the Manager of Talent & Culture.
9. Oversee the organization and execution of employees social, athletic and recreational activities.
10. Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management.
2. Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Management experience.
3. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
4. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
