About the job Assistant QC Manager (Expert Concrete Technologist)
Experience: 10 years of related experience from the same industry and sector.
Responsibilities:
Handle the full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.
Assess, feedback, and upgrade every single construction process and procedure to ensure that the internal quality controls are set and maintained.
Conduct internal quality audits to ensure the company operation is in place.
Conduct vendor audits to ensure they meet the company’s minimum quality requirements.
Manage all quality related procedures and ensure proper implementation and conformity.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Control Plan; initiate and drive quality improvement or engineering projects driven by customer input or feedback.
Address products and process non-conformances.
Identify quality complaints, conduct investigations and analyses, resolve quality problems, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Evaluate and develop improvement plans for inspection, sampling, systems, and work methods related to QC activities.
Identify training plans and provide training to all QA/QC personnel where necessary.
Job Specifications:
Must be an expert Concrete Technologist.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering field.
Experience in quality management.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of calibration and ability to read blueprints.
Impeccable communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
