Assistant Project Manager - Saudi Arabia
Job description
A Reputable Company located in Saudi Arabia - Makkah is seeking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager.
Main Duties:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and hotel management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations.
- Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
- Assist in risk management and problem resolution.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction, or hotel operations.
- Preferably holds certifications such as CAPM or PMP.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
