Assistant Project Manager - Design

JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and talented Project Manager in Design for Hotels to join our team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering high-quality Social Infrastructure programs that support Vision 2030. In this role, you will be responsible for managing design projects for hotels, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage design projects for hotels, from concept development to final design.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design consultants to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines.
3. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Ensure that the design aligns with the client's vision, project requirements, and applicable regulations and standards.
5. Oversee the production of design deliverables, such as drawings, specifications, and presentations.
6. Review and provide feedback on design submissions, ensuring they meet the required standards.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to address design challenges and make informed decisions.
8. Manage and coordinate design changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2. At least 7 years of experience in project management and design for hotels.
3. Strong knowledge of hotel design trends, standards, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
6. Proven track record of managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
