Job Summary:
The Assistant Outlet Manager will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing all aspects of the outlet, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
2. Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and placing orders for supplies as needed.
