Assistant manager job / manager within 4 years - Saudi Arabia

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

We milk over 3000 cows in Saudi Arabia, with 7000 animals in total. We are looking for a special person who can manage cows but, more importantly, can manage the people within our business. I am looking for a person who has been a herd manager for close to 10 years and must have been in the same position for more than 5 years on a few occasions, working closely with myself, the owners, and our staff.

Currently, we are averaging over 13,000 litres, with a calving interval of 379 days and a 45 percent conception rate.

Preferably, we are looking for someone who is looking to take over my job within a few years.
