Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Supervision: Ensure smooth operation of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, cafes, and banquet services. Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
Team Management: Supervise the food and beverage team, ensuring proper training and development. Guide and motivate the team to achieve optimal performance levels. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to maintain operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Oversee hygiene levels and ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
Cost and Sales Management: Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports related to food and beverage operations. Monitor inventory and purchasing to ensure efficiency and minimize waste. Contribute to the development of promotions and revenue enhancement strategies. Handle guest complaints promptly and efficiently. Work on improving guest experiences by introducing innovative services and updating menu offerings.
Marketing and Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote food and beverage offers. Stay updated with the latest hospitality trends and recommend improvements in menu and service offerings.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of health and food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with restaurant management systems (POS) and modern hospitality technologies.
