The Role of the Assistant Director of Engineering:

The Assistant Director of Engineering will assist the Director of Engineering in all aspects of hotel and building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Knowledge and Skills:

Possesses college degree or vocational certificates in Electromechanical field. Has 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in hotel maintenance environment. Powerhouse experience as an advantage. Must have Electromechanical background with relevant experience in hospitality industry. Should have experience in ESG initiatives in sustainability program. Ability to analyze trends in utility consumption report and predict energy forecast and to set up energy conservation programs. Ability to understand the monthly expenses report. Possesses aptitude, management skills and upward mobility. Possesses excellent English, math, and psychometric abilities. Proficient in English written and spoken is an advantage.
