The Business Analysis Assistant Manager will support strategic business decisions by analyzing data, processes, and financial trends. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights, and assisting in developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
    Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  2. Process Improvement:
    Evaluate current business processes and recommend enhancements to optimize operations.
    Assist in the development and implementation of business process improvements.
    Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  3. Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate with senior management to align analysis with strategic objectives.
    Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies.
    Participate in forecasting and budgeting activities.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with different departments to understand their analytical needs and provide solutions.
    Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
    Assist in training team members on data tools and analysis techniques.
  5. Technology and Tools:
    Utilize business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar software to extract insights.
    Leverage tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
    Stay updated with the latest analytical tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  2. Experience:
    5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
    Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
    Freezone experience is a must.
  3. Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Professional certification in a related field (CFA level 1, RICS etc.) is a must.
    Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
