Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with moderate Front-End capabilities to build, optimize, and deploy generative AI models and intelligent assistants (Agents) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing AI-driven assistants that interact with structured data, focusing on automation, decision-making, and task execution in real-world ERP applications. This role requires a solid foundation in LLM-based AI systems, prompt engineering, API integrations, and agent-based automation, along with the ability to design scalable architectures that integrate AI models into enterprise environments and micro-services development. The candidate is preferred to be hosted in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy AI-powered assistants (agents) using LLMs and other generative AI techniques.
2. Develop and deploy Machine Learning models.
3. Develop front-end components (Angular) to interface with AI-powered applications ensuring UI/UX design.
4. Integrate AI models with existing enterprise systems, databases, and APIs to enhance automation and decision-making.
5. Develop prompt engineering strategies, fine-tune models, and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
6. Build and optimize agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.
7. Collaborate with software developers to deploy AI-driven solutions.
8. Monitor and evaluate AI assistant performance, iterating based on user feedback and model outputs.
9. Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and AI automation technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Generative AI & LLMs: Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, or other transformer-based models.
2. Front-end (Moderate Experience): JavaScript and Angular.
3. AI Agent Frameworks: LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
4. Vector Databases & RAG: Ex, ChromaDB.
5. Microservices and API Development & Integration: RESTful and APIs, gRPC, RabbitMQ, OpenAI API, LlamaIndex.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science or a similar major.
2. Knowledge of fine-tuning LLMs and running AI models in production.
3. Previous experience in AI-driven chatbot and assistant development.
4. The preferred candidate should be hosted in Riyadh.
