Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Alexander Ash is currently seeking AI Engineers for one of our multinational clients in Riyadh. As an AI Engineer, you'll work in small teams to deliver high-stakes projects, helping organizations build and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Build large-scale LLM workflows and optimize AI inference workloads
• Troubleshoot model performance and assist in benchmarking
• Provide hands-on engineering support for AI/ML teams
• Act as a bridge between customers and engineering teams

• Engineering mindset focused on delivering production solutions with Gen AI
• Ability to solve real business problems, not just academic benchmarks
• Strong collaboration skills across technical & non-technical teams
• Comfort in dynamic environments with evolving objectives

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience building solutions with LLMs and deep knowledge of the Gen AI landscape
• Strong foundation in GenAI/Machine Learning (Evaluation, Training, Problem Decomposition)
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, based on project needs
