To manage the DC and ensure the highest customer service level, inventory accuracy, compliance with food safety standards, and compliance with HSSE standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the DC inbound and outbound operations.
Apply the approved SOPs to ensure the highest inventory accuracy and customer service level.
Monitor the accuracy of receiving from the primary warehouse and accuracy of dispatch to sales vans and key account customers.
Monitor the temperature and GMP in the warehouses and ensure that there is no impact on product quality.
Manage the good return and ensure no discrepancies and report it to Finance if found.
Ensure the highest compliance with HSSE standards.
Optimize the operational expenses to meet the budget or less.
Monitor the crate collection from the market and ensure an effective return to the cycle minimizing/eliminating the losses.
Manage the product returns to the protein factory with no discrepancies.
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge & Skills:
Qualifications: Business administration or Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management in F&B and FMCG.
