Architect Site Engineer / Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect Site Engineer / Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of our engineering and contracting projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that design plans are properly implemented on-site, coordinating with various teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction sites, ensuring that all architectural plans are executed in compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and execution teams to resolve any on-site issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with building regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation, including progress reports, budget tracking, and time schedules.
• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with the company’s standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in site supervision, project management, or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Revit, and BIM).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage on-site teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Saudi Arabia.
