Architect Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Setting the necessary annual plans for projects and preparing estimated budgets.
2. Supervising engineering projects and programs and following up the progress of achievement.
3. Reviewing the schemes and quantities of the project.
4. Working on operational plans, follow-up, and measurement of results, outputs, and indicators.
5. Conducting field visits and site assessments.
6. Reviewing and approving contracts and extracts.
7. Developing work methods and procedures and keeping pace with technical changes.
8. Integrating the principles of environmental sustainability in architectural designs and environmental preservation.

Qualifications

1. 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance management.
2. Engineer certified by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
3. PMP certification in Project Management.
4. Accredited professional certificate in facilities management.
5. Preference for having experience in AUTOCAD drawing software.
