The Architect is responsible to plan, develop and implement building designs. They compile feasibility reports, determine environmental impact, create project proposals, estimate costs, determine timelines and oversee construction processes. Assist in analyzing client's requirements and interpret the project plan and activities. Ensures smooth execution of project activities from planning to completion stage by adhering to the Qatar Law and organizational regulations.

Excellent verbal communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. The ability to use your initiative. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required. Knowledgeable in preparation of tender applications and presentations. Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA or AIA is preferred. ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years relevant working experience, 2 years in GCC is a plus.
