Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CCB Techno Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) implementation projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translating them into effective solutions leveraging Oracle CCB functionalities.

Your expertise will guide the design, configuration, and deployment of the CCB system, ensuring it meets business objectives and facilitates seamless operations for our clients. As a consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and support to junior team members, while actively participating in system integrations, enhancements, and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Oracle CCB framework and exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also have the opportunity to engage with clients directly, aiding them in navigating the complexities of billing processes and customer service enhancements. Responsibilities

  1. Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle CCB.
  2. Design and configure Oracle CCB solutions to meet client specifications and enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle CCB with other systems.
  4. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented Oracle CCB solutions.
  5. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders on Oracle CCB functionalities.
  6. Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing for CCB implementations.
  7. Document processes, configurations, and customizations to ensure project knowledge transfer and compliance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in implementing Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) solutions in various business environments.
  3. Strong understanding of utilities billing processes and customer service management.
  4. Experience with Oracle CCB technical components, including SQL, PL/SQL, and integration methodologies.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and collaboration.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
