Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients regarding application issues
Investigate and diagnose application problems and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting guides
Participate in the testing and deployment of application updates and enhancements
Ensure that all support tickets are handled in a timely and professional manner
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Generate frequent reports from SQL.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
Experience in Deployment, API, Linux and SQL.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach and ability to deliver exceptional service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
