Provide high quality solution-oriented output to meet Daikin business goals and objectives.
Support sales team in providing drawings/solutions for key projects and/or customers across the project’s life cycle from design to order stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the application and design activities to deliver high quality solution-oriented output in a timely manner.
Respond to the sales enquiries and provide necessary technical support to meet customer requirements.
Perform timely and quality activities related to the product selection, pricing and quotation.
Execute projects design process including units’ selections according to the specifications, drawings as per site limitations & generating quotations to meet customers’ requests.
Attend meetings with clients to discuss design aspects and project specifications.
Ensure selections & design process is in alignment with Product Department guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 5 years relevant experience in complex HVAC systems design and application.
Knowledge of local authority regulations and codes, and applicable industry standards is a must.
Strong HVAC design systems knowledge and skills.
Good communication skills and ability to facilitate and interact with multiple levels of the organization.
Follow-up and follow-through skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Arabic is an advantage.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Good collaboration skills with experience of initiating effective alignments across functional groups to deliver outstanding experience for internal and external customers.
