About the Role

We are seeking two dynamic and highly motivated Analysts to join our client’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of M&A transactions, providing comprehensive analysis, and working closely with senior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a credible professional track record and a passion for the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of target companies.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and comparable company analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of transaction-related documentation, including pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations.
  • Perform market research and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support senior team members in negotiations, structuring deals, and executing transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields. Experience with a Big Four firm is highly preferred.
  • Preferably an English & Arabic speaker.
  • Non-Arabic speakers with strong academic background are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
