Influence and grow Ma'aden's financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.

Qualification:
B Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics)
Chartered Financial Analyst
Experience:
4 Years relevant experience
International experience preferred
Mergers and acquisitions preferred

- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Active input regarding investment management strategy and ensuring optimal return on investments
- Active input regarding risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
- Track the performance of stocks and collect and prepare the data (in spreadsheets) so that it can be interpreted by clients and stockbrokers
- Develop, implement and maintain internal control systems and business practices
- Prepare management and board reports (trend analysis and economic indicators)
- Meet with investors to explain company decisions
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools; drive digitalisation
- Recommend and participate in think tanks/special projects
