Analyst

Responsibilities

1. As an analyst, deliver L1 support for all aspects of technology (systems, software, hardware).
2. Focus on teamwork, service excellence, and ownership for resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
3. Install and maintain POS system & in-store applications.
4. Resolve the tickets logged on the service desk.
5. Contribute proactively to new service development.
6. Maintain POS data polling and uploading to ERP system & validate within company policy.
7. Site survey for new/remodeling restaurants.
8. Hardware/software staging for new store openings, store remodeling, and closures.
9. Coordinate hardware installation & maintenance with service providers.
10. Maintain the lab & testing environment.
11. Provide onsite support when needed to ensure prompt resolution for critical outages.
12. Achieve new project implementations within the timeframe with high accuracy as required.
13. Undertake the mission of transportation to remote areas to achieve required maintenance.
14. Undertake other duties as assigned by the RT Manager and RT Team Leader.
15. Provide LAN and internal network support.

The Requirements

1. Restaurant/Hospitality IT Experience / Aloha support is mandatory.
2. Bachelor's degree in information technology or other business discipline.
3. Must possess intellectual curiosity and demonstrate a passion for the retail industry.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Excellent knowledge of restaurant technology systems and infrastructure.
6. Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
