SummarySupervise, manage, coordinate and direct all activities & policies of our quality control and quality assurance operations at HMH KSA factory site and/or other sites such as customers or suppliers.
Job Responsibilities- Perform physical inspections of parts based on drawings and datasheets including but not limited to dimensional, hardness, NDE, etc.
- Manage production inspection test plans (ITP).
- Manage non-conformities (NCR) and corrective actions (CAR), creating NCR and/or CAR for non-conforming products and/or services and customer complaints, verification of the disposition implementation, quality closure of NCRs after ensuring the appropriate action.
- Verify that equipment manufactured, assembled, tested within the facility conforms to applicable specifications and agreed customer requirements.
- Prepare testing activities reports, certificates of conformance, evidence of conformity records with the acceptance criteria and related quality control records.
- Perform receiving inspections of incoming materials and/or products, customer property, etc. by confirming specifications.
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspection, testing, and/or verification of products as required by the quality plan, process control documents, and/or documented procedures.
- Assist the calibration team in doing in-house calibration and verification of outsourced calibration activities.
- Assist senior inspectors and the lead analyst with other daily tasks as assigned.
- Be authorized and accountable for the product and/or service release after inspection and testing ensuring all planned arrangements have been satisfactorily completed.
- Perform a range of assignments related to job discipline.
- Use prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations.
- Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
- Solve problems in straightforward situations; analyze possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.

Required QualificationsEducation: High school diploma.
Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Quality Control Inspection. Experience in inspecting and testing pressure well control equipment such as BOPs, Wellheads, Trees, Manifolds, etc. Calibration (as applicable). Experience in using gauges such as calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, mic-track, etc. to measure and inspect the products. Experience in manufacturing quality, quality control, quality assurance.
Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge and experience in own job discipline. Expanded conceptual knowledge in own job discipline. Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. Training on NDE Level II (optional), CWI or CSWIP accreditation (optional), ISO 9001 or API Q1 training (optional). Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Basic computer skills. Strong English oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations.
