Airlines Network and Scheduling Manager - Saudi Arabia

Required for a large Saudi airline company in Saudi Arabia, the Network and Scheduling Manager will report to the head of network development and scheduling.

Job Description:

1. Develop route network related recommendations and high utilization schedules in line with the strategic and financial needs of the business.
2. Manage schedules and maintenance events using the SABRE Air-flite Schedule Manager Tool.
3. Distribute schedules to internal systems (SABRE Res) and external agencies (OAG/INNOVATA).

Network Responsibilities:

1. Build relationships with airports and third parties.
2. Assess new markets based on strategic fit, financial potential, growth opportunity, risks, and possible entry points.
3. Determine new routes and bases to add to the network.
4. Provide financial forecasts for potential new routes and bases.
5. Build and maintain financial evaluation tools as required.
6. Work with the revenue management team to determine amendments to existing routes, frequencies, and airports.

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. Completed university or college degree.
2. 5 years of experience in Airline Network Planning and Scheduling.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good oral and written presentation skills.
5. Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent spoken and written English.
7. Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office.
