JOB PURPOSE
BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

The Aircraft Avionics Supervisor is responsible for inspecting, operating, maintaining and repairing avionic and electrical systems, and components on the Hawk aircraft and support equipment. They will ensure that all resources are available and serviceable to support the demands of the flying operation, thus ensuring delivery of serviceable aircraft to accomplish the contractual operational and flying commitments. They will be responsible for the management of engineering and administrative support to the AMO as directed by the Rectification Av/Elect Superintendent; including but not limited to the management and implementation of all relevant company policies. Ensuring the Approved Maintenance Organisation is compliant with the requirements of the M&CA Mandates and Pt145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition with regards to maintaining aircraft, its components and resource SQEP levels. Acting as MIIP on any aircraft or ground support technical related issues.
