Responsibilities

  1. Raise awareness of cargo service offerings through relevant online and offline marketing campaigns.
  2. Achieve retail segment revenue targets, advising consumers and pilgrims on the best air cargo solutions.
  3. Foster customer loyalty, orchestrating the best customer experience pre and post cargo/courier sales.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of air cargo, courier, freight forwarding field sales experience, preferably in Jeddah/Makkah.
  • Knowledge of air cargo, courier services, and logistics.
  • Strong customer service ethos to handle enquiries, progress updates, and post-delivery interactions.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing air cargo services.
  • Demonstrable ability to understand customer requirements and recommend air cargo or courier solutions.
  • Skilled in closing opportunities, resolving customer issues, and providing effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills to handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer management.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences; build trust and loyalty.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Multilingual skills (99% of the business is focused on international cargo).
  • Knowledge or passion to use digital platforms and offline and online marketing tools to share updates, report progress, and achieve KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new industry trends and customer demands.
