- Raise awareness of cargo service offerings through relevant online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Achieve retail segment revenue targets, advising consumers and pilgrims on the best air cargo solutions.
- Foster customer loyalty, orchestrating the best customer experience pre and post cargo/courier sales.

Experience
- 1–2 years of air cargo, courier, freight forwarding field sales experience, preferably in Jeddah/Makkah.
- Knowledge of air cargo, courier services, and logistics.
- Strong customer service ethos to handle enquiries, progress updates, and post-delivery interactions.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing air cargo services.
- Demonstrable ability to understand customer requirements and recommend air cargo or courier solutions.
- Skilled in closing opportunities, resolving customer issues, and providing effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer management.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences; build trust and loyalty.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Multilingual skills (99% of the business is focused on international cargo).
- Knowledge or passion to use digital platforms and offline and online marketing tools to share updates, report progress, and achieve KPIs.
