AI/ML Product Manager (Based in Riyadh)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI/ML Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for a rapidly growing FMCG company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, combined with exceptional product management skills, to bridge the gap between data science and business strategy.

Note: This is an on-site role and requires relocation to Riyadh/Saudi Arabia for applicants residing outside Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML-powered solutions, from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, marketing, and sales, to deliver impactful AI/ML products aligned with business goals.
• Identify and prioritize use cases that leverage AI/ML to solve complex business challenges in marketing, sales, and operations.
• Define product roadmaps, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of AI/ML initiatives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and communicate these to stakeholders.
• Ensure all AI/ML solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with the company's data strategy.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Oversee the integration of AI/ML solutions with existing data pipelines and platforms, ensuring seamless deployment.
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term goals for AI/ML adoption and contribute to overall digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and predictive analytics.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data visualization tools.
• Background in Software Product Management in Enterprises and/or Startups is preferred.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs.
• Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision-making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of agile planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the FMCG sector or other fast-paced industries is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
