AI Consultant - 1 Year Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable AI Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and related fields. With a strong academic background and a decent number of academic citations (at least 1,000), the candidate should be well-versed in current trends and emerging technologies. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience to ensure they are in line with the latest advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI and Machine Learning Development: Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Apply computer vision techniques to enhance image and video analysis capabilities. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, and computer vision.
2. Research and Innovation: Conduct research to explore new AI methodologies and technologies. Publish findings in reputable journals and conferences to contribute to the academic community. Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners to drive innovation.
3. Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert advice and guidance on AI strategies and solutions to clients. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized AI solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on AI technologies and best practices.
4. Project Management: Lead AI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
5. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns. Develop data-driven strategies to improve business processes and decision-making. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis process.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, computer vision, or related fields. Proven track record of developing and implementing AI solutions in a professional setting.
2. Technical Skills: Expertise in AI, machine learning, and computer vision techniques and tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
3. Academic Background: Strong academic background with a decent number of academic citations (at least 1,000). Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning.
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
3. Previous consulting experience in AI or related fields.
