Agricultural Materials Development Supervisor

We are looking for an Agricultural Materials Development Supervisor to promote and sell our premium agricultural products, drive sales growth in their assigned region, and provide technical support to customers. The role includes introducing clients to our products, ensuring timely material delivery, following up on debt collection, and creating marketing content. Additionally, the supervisor will document successful case studies across branches, prepare regular reports, and monitor market performance.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and expand sales of products.
• Provide high-level technical support in plant protection and nutrition, especially for vegetable crops.
• Conduct field visits to assist farmers and agricultural projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor prices, and upcoming opportunities.
• Oversee and document successful product trials.
• Ensure timely order delivery and debt collection.
• Utilize digital tools for marketing and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture (specializing in Plant Protection, Crop Nutrition, or related fields).
• Strong technical expertise in plant protection and nutrition, particularly in vegetable farming.
• Experience in agricultural sales and technical support is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
