- Handle the purchasing and selling of all farm products, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and buyers.

- Implement sustainable farming techniques to enhance productivity and environmental stewardship.

- Monitor and analyze crop health and growth, making necessary adjustments to farming techniques as required.
