Agricultural Consultant - Facilities Management

Required to join a Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide specialised expertise in integrating and managing agricultural aspects related to facility management projects. This role involves advising on agricultural practices, sustainability initiatives, and the management of green spaces within facility environments. The Agriculture Consultant will work closely with the FM team to enhance the sustainability and functionality of landscapes and horticultural projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Environmental Science or similar
2. 10+ years of experience
3. Deep understanding of agricultural practices, plant biology, soil science, and sustainability techniques.
4. Able to provide expert advice on fruit farming techniques, pest management, soil health, irrigation systems, and disease control
5. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight of horticultural and agricultural projects.
6. Experience with sustainability initiatives and green practices related to agriculture and facility management.
7. Excellent communication skills for interacting with facility teams, stakeholders, and vendors, as well as for preparing reports and documentation.
8. Effective problem-solving skills for addressing challenges related to agricultural projects and sustainability.
