Job Title: IT Executive – Hardware and Software Support & CCTV Installation

Job Type: Full-time

One of the leading companies based in Gulf country, committed to innovation and technological excellence, is seeking a skilled and versatile IT Executive with expertise in hardware and software support, as well as experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.

Job Summary:

As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. This includes providing support for hardware and software-related issues and overseeing the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hardware and Software Support:
   Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and repairs.
   Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
2. CCTV Installation and Maintenance:
   Plan and execute the installation of CCTV systems, ensuring proper placement and functionality.
   Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV equipment.
3. Network Support:
   Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment.
   Troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure optimal connectivity.
4. End-User Assistance:
   Respond to IT support requests from end-users and provide timely solutions.
   Conduct training sessions to enhance end-user IT proficiency.
5. Security Compliance:
   Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems and data.
   Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
6. Documentation:
   Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
   Document IT support activities and resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in hardware and software support, with expertise in repairs.
3. Experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
4. Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
