JOB SUMMARY

Step into the role of consultant in dermatology at our prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia. Lead the dermatology team to provide expert care for a wide range of skin conditions. Contribute to the advancement of dermatological services, collaborate with other medical professionals, and drive research to ensure exceptional patient care.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides high-quality dermatology consultant care to patients in this area of medicine.
2. Provide consultative service as requested.
3. Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
4. Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and participates in research activities.
5. Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
6. Performs special procedures as privileged.
7. Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

1. Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
2. Completion of required period of training in Dermatology and Cosmetology.
3. (Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese) Board certification in the relevant medical Dermatology and Cosmetology is typically required or equivalent.
4. Membership and/or Fellowship or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
5. A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
6. Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience

1. Min. 5 years Post Board/Fellowship in Dermatology and Cosmetology.
2. A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language

1. Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
