Our client is seeking an Aerodrome Safety Compliance Officer/Senior Officer to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This critical role involves driving compliance with national and international safety regulations while enhancing the Safety Management System (SMS). You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the aerodrome's reputation, minimizing risks, and fostering a culture of safety across all stakeholders.

The Role

As an Aerodrome Safety Compliance Officer, you will:

• Monitor adherence to aerodrome safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with ICAO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop safety audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• Enhance the Safety Management System (SMS), maintain safety documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable airport experience.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience, or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Diploma with 7 years or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience).
• Strong knowledge of ICAO standards, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and regulatory compliance in aerodrome operations.
• Proven expertise in safety auditing, incident investigation, and emergency planning.
• Experience with aerodrome licensing, safeguarding, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
• A solid background in managing regulatory inspections and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
