The Administrator Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment within the real estate sector. Responsibilities:

  6. Support the real estate team in preparing property listings and marketing materials.
  7. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies.
  8. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation.
  9. Conduct research and compile information for various projects as required.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
