Job description

Organizing and attending Administration's meetings and other committee's meetings at the level of HQ and HN Facilities.


Documenting and following up on all departmental and business actions and decisions such as Administration Meetings and other meetings/committees, correspondence, etc.


Communicate with international and national external partners, companies, and individuals for Cluster investment projects and initiatives.


Organizing and attending Cluster's stakeholder meetings with external national and international parties through virtual meetings or visits.


Oversee Cluster's project correspondences, prepare and review project-related emails, letters, proposals, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other documents.


Writing and preparing memoranda of understanding and collaboration agreements for the Cluster's high management projects.


Assist in any administrative tasks as needed.


Skills


Qualification Requirement:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.


Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.


Experience Requirement:


2 years.
