We're Hiring: Administration Coordinator

Location: Dammam

Full-Time Position

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to join our team.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
  • Familiarity with office management tools and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
