Administrative Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Take meeting minutes, draft communications, and follow up on action items.
- Support office administration tasks and ensure efficient daily operations.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior executives.
