Job Summary:

Greeting clients and visitors to our office, giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, and handling a variety of administrative support tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
  2. Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
  3. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  4. Prepare meeting and training rooms.
  5. Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
  6. Provide excellent customer service.
  7. Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining the visitor system.
  8. Issue purchase requisitions.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies:

  1. Computer Skills - Excellent in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  2. Excellent English Language Skills (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
  3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  4. Demonstrate a positive attitude.

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required:

  1. Diploma in IT, Administration, or Accounting.
  2. 1 year of experience.
