Timely coordinate and communicate with the Office Manager from NARI Headquarters.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management, or a related field.
One year or more of administrative work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Working closely with Team Executives and other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
Issuing Invitation Letters to colleagues from NARI Headquarters.
Providing organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 1 year of experience in an Admin Assistant role, ideally within the industrial industry.
Organized with good interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A strong networker and relationship builder.
Enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.
