Job Summary
We are looking for a Saudi National Administration Assistant in Riyadh to handle daily office tasks, manage files, schedule meetings, and support team operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain filing systems and company records
Prepare reports, memos, and documents as needed
Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
Handle office supplies and inventory
Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality or related field.
Saudi National is a MUST
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using CRM systems
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
