We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
Job Summary
The Job holder is responsible for managing all the transactions required to support the employee's life cycle with the organization. The HR Operations team extends services like responding to queries, processing transactions, and providing various documentation required for the employees. The role ensures efficient HR service delivery, compliance with labor laws, and optimization of HR processes to support business objectives. Ideal candidates have a background in manpower and outsourcing, as well as experience in client management.
Responsibilities
HR Operations Management:
- Manage and oversee the HR operations team, including payroll, benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and other HR-related processes.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, external service providers, and government agencies to ensure the timely and accurate execution of HR operations.
- Monitor and report on key HR operational metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Manpower and Outsourcing Management:
- Manage and oversee the organization's manpower and outsourcing requirements.
- Develop and maintain a network of reliable and compliant manpower and outsourcing service providers in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Negotiate and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with external service providers to ensure the quality and timeliness of HR-related services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of manpower and outsourcing vendors, and implement corrective actions as needed.
HR Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
- Stay updated on the latest labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure the organization's HR practices and procedures adhere to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies to coordinate compliance-related activities and obtain necessary approvals or permits.
HR Process Optimization and Automation:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, leveraging technology and digital solutions.
- Implement and maintain HR information systems, HRIS, and other HR-related software to enhance efficiency and data management.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate HR systems and ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
Employee Engagement and Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and training opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR business partners and line managers to address employee concerns and enhance the overall employee experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations management, with a focus on manpower and outsourcing.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager, HR Operations Manager, or a similar role.
- Experience with MS Office and Human Resources Management Systems.
- Ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies.
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional team management and organizational skills.
- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment.
