Position Summary: We're seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, CTO, and HR Manager. This dynamic role involves procurement, office management, event coordination, translation, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability and possess excellent organizational skills, initiative, critical thinking abilities, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO, CTO, and HR Manager by managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, and managing purchase orders.
- Oversee office management to ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate events, including internal meetings, workshops, and company functions.
- Handle translation and documentation tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain organized and easily accessible records and files.
- Support the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong initiative and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interest in sustainability and alignment with the company’s mission.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
