Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2
Location: KSA - Khobar
Role Summary:To support the Logistics team with the Admin work.
Essential Responsibilities:- Maintains information and data in a logistics organization (Logistics contracts, Logistics shipment tracker, etc.)
- Make travel arrangements and expenses filing
- Develop and maintain operation reports (PowerPoint presentations and Excel sheets)
- Willing to learn and extend basic logistics activities (Booking parcel courier shipments, Answering Logistics billing queries, Preparing shipping documents, Reviewing and approving Logistics invoices 3PL)
- Organizational report presentation
- Data entry tasks
Qualifications Requirements:- Diploma or College degree in a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role (administrative or secretary)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work/manage under pressure
- Good time management
- Problem-solving skills
