Job description

We are calling out to all Female Saudi Nationals to apply for this great opportunity. The location will be the head office of one of our clients in Riyadh. Interviews will be conducted before the start. The candidate must be available immediately to join; we are doing our induction on Oct 13, 2024.

Responsibilities

  1. Familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
  2. Good attention to detail
  3. Use correct grammar and punctuation
  4. Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  5. Answer phones and greet promptly and politely
  6. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  7. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
  8. Write and edit documents from letters and reports to instructional documents
  9. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  10. Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping duties

Shift timing is subject to work requirements.
