YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Inventory of warehouse operations accounting.
  2. Knowledge sharing in Gulf accounting legislation, relevant tax and commercial laws.
  3. Processing the inventory procurement accounting and taking actions for the relevant controls.
  4. Managing accounting of import processes and export processes.
  5. Managing the missing/excessive/return goods processes' accounting.
  6. Having balance/account reconciliation processes with the suppliers.
  7. Checking the trial balance of the relevant accounts and proactively observe possible errors and take action.

YOUR PROFILE


  1. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from university preferably in Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies.
  2. Proficient in MS Office programs, with a good level of Excel knowledge.
  3. Warehouse accounting experience.
  4. Having analytical perspective and problem solving skills.
  5. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  6. Preferably worked in the e-commerce & retail industry, minimum 4 years of experience in accounting.
  7. Preferably having experience in inventory accounting.
  8. Preferably experienced in SAP-FI and MM modules, with basic level knowledge in CO and SD modules.
