Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Description:

1. Publish financial statements in time
2. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
3. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
4. Ensure timely bank payments
5. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
6. Audit financial transactions and documents
7. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
8. Comply with financial policies and regulations
9. Ability to conduct daily and monthly inventory
10. Experience dealing with suppliers
11. Inventory and price control
12. Variable and fixed costs

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Work experience as an Accountant
2. Worked with Food & Beverage
3. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
4. Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
5. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
6. Experience with general ledger functions
7. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
8. Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
