Accounting Lead - Riyadh - Mozn

The Accounting Lead will lead the monthly closing process, accounting operations, VAT and WHT submission, and compliance with IFRS requirements.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team.
• Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Enhancing invoicing and collection processes to maximize cash flow.
• Leading the monthly closing process and ensuring timely completion of financial statements.
• Reviewing and posting journal entries.
• Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring all entries are accurate.
• Ensuring accurate accounting records for fixed assets.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and company accounting principles.
• Preparing annual audit documentation.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in preparing internal reports related to SAAS and VC's backed companies.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
