Shahen is a leading logistics platform specializing in providing top-tier transportation solutions across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team and ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and insightful support for our strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  2. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.
  3. Manage bank account reconciliations and financial settlements.
  4. Process payroll and monitor payment tracking.
  5. Prepare tax returns and handle VAT filings in compliance with Saudi regulations.
  6. Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in accounting.
  3. Proficiency with accounting software such as Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle.
  4. Proven experience in preparing monthly financial reports, tax returns, and VAT filings.
  5. Familiarity with payroll processing and bank account reconciliation.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  7. In-depth knowledge of financial laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  8. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
